St. Patrick's Day presentation

In advance of St. Patrick's Day, the Irish Prison Service presented boxes of potted shamrock planted and nurtured by prisoners learning new skills to the Leas-Cheann Comhairle, Deputy Catherine Connolly, and the Clerk of the Dáil, Mr. Peter Finnegan.

Governor Theresa Beirne of Castlerea Prison, where the shamrock was grown, attended the presentation, along with the chief officer of work and training at Castlerea, Mark Walsh.
