As Chairperson of the Joint Committee on the Constitutional Amendment on Children, I would like to thank on behalf of the Committee all those individuals and bodies who have taken the time to forward on to the Committee their views on the proposed amendment and related matters. All the members consider it important that the consultative process of inviting views and submissions should involve as many people as possible, so as to cover a broad range of views. All relevant ideas and views expressed in the substantial amount of documentation received in relation to our Orders of Reference and the proposed constitutional amendment will inform our thinking in drawing up our report...
