Bill entitled an Act to require all landlords, including publicly funded organisations and other commercial organisations to ensure an annual service and maintenance is carried out on all heat producing carbon monoxide emitting appliances in each tenanted property; and require records to be kept to verify that work was carried out by an authorised person or company; and to provide for related matters
