Watch in

The Freedom of Information Act 2014 asserts the right of members of the public to obtain access to official information to the greatest extent possible consistent with the public interest and the right to privacy of individuals.

The FOI Act obliges us to publish certain information on our activities and make other information available to citizens on request. Here you can access the information we publish to fulfil this obligation and a log of the non-personal FOI requests we have received. If the information you want is not already published here, you can make an FOI request using our FOI application form.

Make an FOI request

Want to submit an FOI request? Read our guide and use the FOI application form. If you've any queries, email us at foi@oireachtas.ie

The information you want may already be in the public domain. Try these links to information we routinely publish.
