Prepared by the Seanad Returning Officer under section 45 of the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act 1947, as amended by the Seanad Electoral (Panel Members) Act 1954, of persons entitled under section 44 of the Act of 1947 to vote at the election of panel members at the Seanad General Election consequent on the dissolution of Dáil Éireann by the Proclamation of the President of the 29th day of April, 2007.
