Housing Committee to discuss Third Quarterly Progress Report from the Action Plan for Housing

The Joint Committee on Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government will meet tomorrow to discuss the Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness - Third Quarterly Progress Report.

The meeting will start at 2pm in Committee Room 1, Leinster House.

Officials from the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government will address the Committee.

Committee Chairperson, Maria Bailey TD, said: “The purpose of tomorrow’s meeting is to discuss and examine the Third Quarterly Progress Report on the Action Plan for Housing and Homelessness including the issue of emergency accommodation. Committee members will be keen to discuss key priorities and outputs from the department as it continues to address the housing shortage, supporting the rental sector and improving and increasing access to social housing.”
