[Archive 31st Dáil] Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality

Traditionally, the Justice, Defence and Equality Committee has been a forum for Oireachtas members from all parties and none to have a meaningful input into key legislation and policy areas which have real significance.

It plays a major role in considering policy in the fields of justice, security, the rule of law, equality, defence and immigration to ensure that Irish society is safe, secure, just, open-minded and impartial.
