Bill entitled an Act to provide for the amendment of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2009 in order to provide for the payment of a contribution by judges and military judges; to provide for the amendment of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest (No. 2) Act 2009 in order to provide for the reduction of the remuneration of judges and to provide for certain other amendments of that Act; to provide for the amendment of the Financial Emergency Measures in the Public Interest Act 2010 in relation to the application of that Act in respect of the Central Bank of Ireland; to provide for the remuneration of persons appointed after particular dates to judicial offices and certain other offices; and to provide for related matters

 

Bille dá ngairtear Acht do dhéanamh socrú maidir leis an Acht um Bearta Airgeadais Éigeandála ar Mhaithe le Leas an Phobail, 2009 a leasú d’fhonn socrú a dhéanamh maidir le ranníoc a íoc ag breithiúna agus ag breithiúna míleata; do dhéanamh socrú maidir leis an Acht um Bearta Airgeadais Éigeandála ar Mhaithe le Leas an Phobail  (Uimh. 2), 2009 a leasú d’fhonn socrú a dhéanamh maidir le luach saothair breithiúna a laghdú agus do dhéanamh socrú maidir le leasuithe áirithe eile ar an Acht sin; do dhéanamh socrú maidir leis an Acht um Bearta Airgeadais Éigeandála ar Mhaithe le Leas an Phobail, 2010 a leasú i ndáil le feidhm an Achta sin maidir le Banc Ceannais na hÉireann; do dhéanamh socrú maidir le luach saothair daoine a cheapfar chuig oifigí breithiúnacha agus chuig oifigí áirithe eile tar éis dátaí ar leith; agus do dhéanamh socrú i dtaobh nithe gaolmhara
