Interim Report on Reforms to the Irish Insurance Market.

First Report of the Joint Committee on Enterprise and Small Business, July 2003. The Joint Committee on Enterprise and Small Business identified the issue of insurance, particularly as regards motor, public and employer's liability, as being to the forefront of the issues which it should address. In that context, and with the benefit of work done by its predecessor committee in the previous Dáil and Seanad, the Joint Committee decided, at a very early date, upon an in-depth examination of the issues involved.
