An Bille um Údarás Iompair Bhaile Átha Cliath 2008 (Seanad)
Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known in the English language as the Dublin Transport Authority or in the Irish language as Údarás Iompair Bhaile Áha Cliath, to define its functions and for that purpose to amend the Planning and Development Act 2000, the Transport (Railway Infrastructure) Act 2001, the Dublin Docklands Development Authority Act 1997, the Grangegorman Development Agency Act 2005 and the Transport Reorganisation of Córas Iompair Éireann) Act 1986, to provide for the dissolution of the Dublin Transportation Office and to provide for related matters.
