Equal Status Bill 1997

(Bill 6 of 1997)

Bill entitled an Act to promote equality and to prohibit types of discrimination, harassment and related behaviour in connection with the provision of services, property and other opportunities to which the public generally has access, to provide for remedying certain discrimination and other unlawful activities, to provide for the administration by the Equality Authority of various matters pertaining to this Act and the Employment Equality Act, 1997, and to amend certain Acts in relation thereto.
