Seanad Electoral (Higher Education) Bill, 1997

Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the election, on a franchise, by institutions of higher education in the state of six members of Seanad Éireann in substitution for those members previously required to be elected by the universities mentioned in subsection 1 of Article 18.4 of the constitution, to define the franchise on which such members are to be elected, and to provide for connected matters
