Bill entitled an Act to provide for more effective protection of human rights, to make certain international human rights instruments part of domestic law, to establish a commission to be known as An Coimisiún um Chearta an Duine or in the English language the Human Rights Commission, to implement certain provisions of the British-Irish Agreement done at Belfast on the 10th day of April 1998 and to provide for related matters
