Waste Management (Amendment) Bill 2001

Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the Waste Management Act, 1996, and, in particular, to amend that Act with regard to the procedure for the making of waste management plans under it so that any obstacles to the State being able to comply fully with the provisions of certain acts adopted by Institutions of the European Communities by reason of any failure of local authorities to make such plans are removed, to amend the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992, to amend section 28 of the Litter Pollution Act, 1997, and to provide for related matters
