Bill entitled an Act to provide for the offences of supplying or offering to supply a vehicle to an under-age driver and of organising, directing or participation in the unlawful taking of a mechanically propelled vehicle for the purposes of dangerous driving in a public place, for that purpose to extend the Road Traffic Acts, 1961 to 1995, and to provide for related matters
