Public Health (Regulation of Electronic Cigarettes and Protection of Children) Bill 2015

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the prohibition of the consumption of electronic cigarettes in public service vehicles and places of work, to provide for the registration of persons engaged in the business of selling electronic cigarettes by retail, to provide for the prohibition on the advertising of electronic cigarettes, a prohibition on sponsorship by manufacturers and importers of electronic cigarettes and prohibitions on certain marketing practices in relation to electronic cigarettes, to provide for the standardised packaging of electronic cigarettes, to provide for the prohibition of the sale of electronic cigarettes to those under 18 years of age, to prohibit the consumption of electronic cigarettes in vehicles where persons under 18 years of age are present, to provide for the insertion of child proof caps on liquid nicotine bottles, and to provide for matters connected therewith
