Licensing (Combating Drug Abuse) Bill 1997 (Bill 33 of 1997)

Bill entitled an Act to make provision for measures to combat drug abuse in places used for public dancing, licensed premises and other places of entertainment and to provide the Garda Síochána with powers to prevent drug abuse at unlicensed dances and for those purposes to amend the Licensing Acts, 1833 to 1995, section 51 of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act, 1890, and the Public Dance Halls Act, 1935, and to provide for connected matters
