Consumer Rights Enforcer Bill 2004

Bill entitled an Act to establish the consumer rights enforcer, to provide a mechanism for independent appointment, to confer more extensive and effective powers, to provide for the imposition of administrative fines, to increase the fines payable for an offence, and for those purposes to amend the Consumer Information Act 1978 and also the Prices Act 1958
