Bill entitled an Act to amend section 29 of the Child Care Act 1991, as amended by the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2007 and section 46(2) of the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011 to deal with the application of the in camera rule under the Child Care Act 1991 and to amend section 40 of the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 to deal with the application of the in camera rule in certain family law proceedings
