Residential Tenancies (Amendment) Bill 2015

Bill entitled an Act to provide for greater protections for tenants, to provide taxation incentives to landlords who enter into voluntary agreements, to provide for schemes which promote rental certainty and increased security of tenure for tenants, to provide the benefits of this Act to landlords that have provided security of tenure to tenants, to provide for voluntary tenancies including home tenancies, social tenancies, solidarity tenancies and a solidarity lodging scheme for refugees and the homeless, to amend and extend the Residential Tenancies Acts 2004 to 2009 and to amend the Finance (Local Property Tax) Act 2012 and to provide for related matters
