Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2022 (Bill 69 of 2022)

Bill entitled an Act to make provision for certain matters relating to persons to whom permission to reside in the State is given under section 60(6) of the International Protection Act 2015; to provide for the making of a payment, in certain circumstances, to persons who provide accommodation to such persons; to provide for the making of certain payments in respect of the children of such persons, and for that purpose to amend the Childcare Support Act 2018; to provide for the recognition of certain driving licenses held by such persons and for that purpose to amend the Road Traffic Acts 1961 and 2010; to make better provision in relation to the registration of non-nationals in the State and for that purpose to amend the Immigration Act 2004 and other enactments; to provide for the collection by specified persons of personal data of certain persons arriving in the State and to provide for the processing of that data in certain circumstances; to make provision for a scheme established and operated by the Minister for Transport to support certain road haulage operators; to make special provision relating to the jury at coroners’ inquests relating to the deaths of persons at the Stardust nightclub in the city of Dublin in 1981; and to provide for related matters.
