Residential Tenancies (Amendment) (No. 3) Bill 2024

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the service of a notice of invitation to bid on a tenant of certain dwellings where the tenant is served with a notice of termination that cites as a ground for termination the landlord’s intention to enter into an enforceable agreement for the transfer of the dwelling to another; to provide for the service on such a tenant, or certain bodies, of a further notice in certain circumstances; to make provision in relation to the conduct of mediations, adjudications and Tribunal hearings by the Residential Tenancies Board; to make provision for the sharing of certain information by the Revenue Commissioners with the Residential Tenancies Board; and for those and other purposes to amend the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.
