Land (Zoning Value Sharing) Bill 2024

Bill entitled an Act to provide for zoning date market value and zoning date use value in relation to certain land; for assessment of those values; for appeal against certain assessments of those values; for establishment of a land values register by each planning authority; for zoning value of land and assessment of that value; for an obligation to make zoning value payment to be a condition of certain planning permissions; for the amount of the zoning value payment; for the recovery of the zoning value payment; for an unpaid zoning payment to be a charge on certain land; for the discharge of the obligation to make a zoning value payment; for the use of the zoning value payments by planning authorities; for the repayment of certain zoning value payments; for arrangements for applications for planning permissions for development not subject to zoning value sharing; for certain offences relating to false or misleading information; and to provide for related matters.
