The work of this Committee ceased with the dissolution of the 32nd Dáil on 14 January 2020.
The Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government considers and reports to Dáil Éireann on the expenditure, administration and policy of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government and the bodies under the department’s aegis. Legislation and European Union matters that relate to the department and its bodies also fall within the committee’s remit.
