Pre-legislative scrutiny
The Committee has published a report on its pre-legislative scrutiny of the Draft Climate Action and Low-Carbon Development (Amendment) Bill 2020. The purpose of the Draft Bill is to strengthen the statutory framework for more effective governance of the State’s climate objectives.
