Apologies have been received for today's meeting from Deputy O'Brien and Deputy Chambers.

Today the committee will meet Colm McCarthy and Dr. Stephen Kinsella as part of our pre-budget hearings. Before we hold our public session we need to go into private session.

The select committee went into private session at 4.05 p.m. and resumed in public session at 5.15 p.m.
