AMENDMENTS TO STANDING ORDERS. - AMENDMENT TO STANDING ORDER, 4 (c).
On the motion of J.J. WALSH (Cork City), seconded by COUNTESS MARKIEVICZ (St. Patrick's), it was agreed to amend Standing Order 4 (c) to read as follows:—
"The business of Dáil shall commence at the appointed time provided that a quorum be present."
