RISTEARD O MAOLCHATHA (Clontarf) moved:—
"During the present Session, the House (except when meeting in the Round Room) shall sit in private from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3.30 p.m. to 7 p.m. daily, and that no visitor be admitted unless by special permission of the Ceann Comhairle."
