STATEMENT OF THE ACTING PRESIDENT. - BUSINESS OF THE SESSION.

"What we propose to do is to read all the ministerial reports to-day, and have the debates on them to-morrow. Then we will take up the ministerial motions and the other motions. This is suggested as the most satisfactory method of procedure, but it is, of course, for the Dáil to decide the matter for itself."
AN CEANN COMHAIRLE: "I take it that the Dail approves?"
