FINANCE. TRUSTEE DEED, LOAN PROSPECTUS, APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES. - Form of Application, 1919 Issue (Internal). GOVERNMENT OF THE IRISH REPUBLIC. Issue of 250,000 5 per cent. REGISTERED CERTIFICATES.

Issued at par, and bearing Interest at £5 per cent. per annum, payable half-yearly on the 1st January and 1st July, subject to the reservations contained in this Prospectus, but calculated from the date on which the final payment is made.
REDEEMABLE within Twenty Years of the International Recognition of the Irish Republic, at 105 per cent.

Alderman T. KELLY (St. Stephen's Green) moved an amendment that Clause 3 be amended by deleting the words "and the English have evacuated Ireland."
LIAM DE ROISTE (Cork City) seconded.
The amendment was put and defeated. The original motion was then adopted.
