REPORTS. - NATIONAL CIVIL SERVICE COMMITTEE.
The Report stated that a scheme to provide a National Civil Service applicable to all the appointments in the gift of Local Authorities was in course of preparation.
The Report was adopted, on the motion of L.T. MACCOSGAIR (Kilkenny N.), seconded by Dr. CUSACK (Galway N.).
