REPORTS - AGRICULTURE AND FORESTRY.

The SUBSTITUTE DIRECTOR OF AGRICULTURE read the report of the Agricultural Department. He pointed out that the net cost of Arbour Day, 1919, amounted only to about £100 notwithstanding that under the scheme there were from 250,000 to 300,000 trees planted.
