DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, NATIONAL LAND COMMISSION. - Appeal to Land Commission.

8. Any person aggrieved by the decision of any Sub-Commission with respect to the determination of any matters relating to land as aforesaid may appeal to the Land Commission, who may thereupon confirm, modify, or reverse the decision of the Sub-Commission. All appeals to the Land Commission under this Decree shall be heard by at least two Commissioners (one of whom shall be the Legal Commissioner) sitting together.
The Land Commission may determine any appeals in Dublin, or may proceed to any place in Ireland for the purpose of determining the same.
All appeals from the decisions of District Courts relating to land pending at the date of the passing of this Decree are hereby transferred to the Land Commission.
All Judgments affecting the ownership, occupation, or use of land pronounced by popular tribunals since January 31st, 1919, shall be forthwith lodged with the Local Registrars of the Land Commission Courts. The Commission may confirm said Judgments or order a re-hearing of the issues before its own Court, as it thinks fit.
