Vol. F No. 16

ACTING-PRESIDENT'S OPENING STATEMENT. - BELFAST.

A very serious crisis had arisen in Belfast. The position brought about there was that practically speaking the majority of Sinn Fein workers had been driven out of employment. The people in Belfast were very anxious that the Dáil should take action on the matter. If the Dáil assented he would suggest that this question, which was of very great urgency, should be taken as the next business.
The House agreed to this suggestion.
