MINISTERIAL MOTIONS. - ALDERMAN THOMAS KELLY, T.D.

The SECRETARY FOR FINANCE moved:
"That an immediate payment of the sum of £250 to Alderman Thomas Kelly, T.D., be authorised."
He said that the expenses connected with the breakdown in his health as a result of his imprisonment had been very heavy.
M. STAINES (St. Michan's, Dublin) seconded the motion, which was put and carried.
