Dáil Eireann assembled in Session on Tuesday, 10th May, 1921. The Deputy Speaker, Mr. J.J. O'KELLY (Louth), presided.

The DEPUTY SPEAKER took the chair at 9.20 a.m., and in opening the proceedings said he presumed they would follow the usual procedure and have all the Reports read first and take the debates on them afterwards. No objection was raised to this course, and he accordingly called upon the Minister for Home Affairs to present his Report.
