DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS. - HOME AFFAIRS.

The MINISTER FOR HOME AFFAIRS read his Report. He did not propose to proceed with his motion for a vote of £30,000 in connection with the Elections as he found that outside North-East Ulster each constituency would be able to pay its own deposit.
