STANDING ORDERS. - QUORUM.
8. For the transaction of business in Dáil Eireann the presence of at least twenty Teachta shall be necessary.
9. If, at any stage in a Sitting of Dáil Eireann, any Teachta calls the attention of the Ceann Comhaire to the fact that there are less than twenty Teachta present, the Ceann Comhairle, should he be satisfied on a count that there is not a quorum, shall adjourn the Sitting until a time thereupon named by him.
