The Dáil in accordance with the resolution passed on the adjournment yesterday evening, will go into Committee on the President's motion. And we have, as you see it in the Orders of the Day, numbered the paragraphs of the resolution and arranged the amendments proposed in the order in which they occur in the clauses of the resolution. The procedure would be that the first clause would be moved, and so on.

There is a certain difficulty in meeting it in this way, that the resolution was not originally framed so, but we will have to get over it. Perhaps, if Clauses 1 and 2 were moved together it would be the most expeditious way.
