To ask the Minister for Home Affairs why Mr. McDonald, M.R.C.V.S., Kildorrery, Co. Cork, has got no rent for two years in respect of Kildorrery Courthouse, and, further, to ask when he will be paid, or, if not, could he get possession of the house?

I will answer this question. The Ministry for Local Government are in communication with the Cork County Council with regard to this case, advising the discharge of the claim and the retention of the building for public purposes.
