To ask the Minister for Defence if he can say whether a youth named Charles Cullinane, son of Mr. Cullinane, Station-master at Cobh Junction, was arrested by military forces some weeks ago and has since been detained. If he can say whether this youth has been given the opportunity of signing the usual declaration, and whether it is the intention of the Military Authorities to release the prisoner on his signing such declaration?
