Vol. 1 No. 31

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - BALLINASLOE MAN'S MOTOR CAR

To ask the Minister for Defence whether a motor car, the property of Michael Flanagan, of the Saw Mills, Ballinasloe, was taken by Free State troops over three months ago; if so, will he take into consideration the fact that the owner's business has suffered and is suffering very much by the loss of this car, and give instructions to have it returned at the earliest possible date.

The car has now been returned to Mr. Flanagan.

Has anything been done with regard to the question of compensation?

That does not arise on the question, but it will, I take it, get due consideration.
