To ask the Minister for Defence if he has considered the case of one John Leo Connor, arrested on the 12th of December last in Dublin, and if, having regard to the fact that O'Connor has been away from Ireland during the past twelve months, and has no connection with Irregular armed forces, he will order his release or state the grounds for his detention?
