Vol. 2 No. 14

- DAILY PRESS AND PEACE.

To ask the President if his attention has been drawn to a letter which appeared in the Dublin daily press on the 5th instant, outlining nine conditions on which peace may be assured in Ireland; if these conditions have been communicated to him officially; and what action the Executive Council is taking, or proposes to take, in this matter?

I have seen the letter in the Press; the answer to the second part of the question is in the negative; and the answer to the third part of the question is "none."
