Vol. 2 No. 31

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - CASTLEREA MOTOR CAR—QUESTION OF COMPENSATION.

To ask the Minister for Defence, whether the question of compensation for use of and damage to Motor Car, belonging to James J. Rock, Castlerea, under consideration as long ago as September last, has yet been decided; whether the Minister is aware that because of the non payment of the account Mr. Rock's creditors are pressing him, and how soon payment of the claim may be expected?

The question of compensation has not yet been decided. It has had to await the setting up of an adjudication committee, and special machinery to consider claims of the kind. That committee is now functioning, and Mr. Rock's claim will receive its early attention.
