When will you take the next stage?

At the earliest possible opportunity. If possible, we ought to get this through before the Easter recess. It will depend on how soon it can be printed and put up again. It is desirable we should get it through, and I would be glad if the Deputies could meet me on that.
So far as we are concerned, there is nothing more to be said. The last stage is a very formal one, and the Bill can only be amended verbally. Any substantial amendments will have to be submitted to the Seanad. It remains entirely in the hands of the Ministry.
Then I will take the Final Stage at the earliest possible opportunity.
