Vol. 3 No. 3

CIRCULAR OF INSTRUCTIONS—CEANN COMHAIRLE THANKED.

A Chinn Chomhairle, before we proceed to the next business, may I, in a thoroughly disorderly manner, express my own personal thanks, and I am sure the sincere thanks of the other members of the Dáil, for the Circular of Instructions which you, Sir, outside your official duties, took upon yourself to supply to us. We are people without experience where framing our first Budget is concerned, and I think we are profoundly indebted to you for the trouble you have taken in instructing us how to proceed with the matter as rapidly and conveniently as possible. (Applause).
