O'Connor, of 71 Grand Parade, Cork, was commandeered by the military, under Captain O'Sullivan, in August last; that although repeated applications for its return have been made it has not been returned; and to ask that as this man is dependent on this car for his livelihood, if he will issue instructions to have it immediately returned to him?
