Vol. 3 No. 6

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ ORAL ANSWERS. ] - RAID ON A DEPUTY'S HOUSE.

I beg to ask the Minister for Home Affairs a question of which I have given him private notice: Whether the raid made upon my house on the 27th March last was made by persons employed by any Department under his Ministry, and, if so, by whose authority?

The Deputy's house was visited on the date mentioned by officers of the Criminal Investigation Department with my consent and with my authority.

I give notice that I will raise this question on the adjournment.
