Vol. 3 No. 13

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (COMPENSATION) BILL, 1923.—FROM THE SEANAD.

There is only the one amendment from the Seanad to this Bill, and I think it is hardly necessary for the Dáil to go into Committee on it.

I beg to move the amendment from the Seanad. It is to insert in Sub-section (7), line 6, after the word "securities," the words "capable of registration." This is a matter of agreement, dealing with the issue of any securities which should be capable of registration. We have agreed to the condition, and if it is not necessary that we should go into Committee, I move that we accept this particular amendment to the Section.

Question put and agreed to.
